Is Kaiko DMS really free?
Yes! Kaiko DMS is completely free with all features included. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no ads, and no tracking. We may offer optional Pro features in the future, but the core app will always be free.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored in YOUR private iCloud account. We never see, access, or store your data on any servers. You have complete control and ownership of all your documents.
Does it work offline?
Yes! Kaiko DMS works perfectly offline. All documents are stored locally on your device and sync automatically when you're back online.
What file types are supported?
Kaiko DMS supports all file types: PDF, images (JPG, PNG), Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), text files, and more. OCR works on images and PDFs.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Absolutely! Install Kaiko DMS on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Everything syncs automatically via iCloud, so you always have access to your documents.
Is scanner support included?
Yes! Kaiko DMS supports network scanners (Brother, Epson, OKI, and more) on macOS. iOS and iPadOS can import from the camera or photo library.
What about privacy and security?
Your privacy is our priority. We don't collect any analytics, usage data, or personal information. All data stays in your private iCloud with end-to-end encryption. No tracking, no ads, no third-party access.
Can I export my documents?
Yes! Your documents are stored as standard files in iCloud Drive. You can export them anytime, access them from any device, and even use them without the app.
Is there a document limit?
No limits! Store as many documents as you want. The only limitation is your iCloud storage capacity.
Which languages are supported?
Kaiko DMS supports 33 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and 26 more including Arabic. The entire interface is fully localized.
